Sung Sot Cave is one of the largest and most impressive caves, with an area of over 10,000 square meters and a length of more than 200 meters, and is situated on Bo Hon Island, which is considered to be in the middle of the UNESCO-designated World Heritage region.
Inside the cave, the largest space is around 80 meters wide. A party of French tourists first investigated Sung Sot Cave, giving it the name "Grotte des surprises" (the cave of surprises).
