Mang Thit, also known as the Kingdom of Bricks, is located in Vinh Long Province's Mang Thit District and runs along the banks of several rivers, including the Co Chien and Cai Nhum rivers, the Thay Cai canal, and straight paved highways.
Mang Thit district is home to some of the biggest handicraft brick and pottery kilns in the Mekong Delta due to the long history of the craft communities creating bricks and pottery there. You can observe a lot of smoke coming from several chimneys if you visit Mang Thit during the brick-burning days.
