7-Day Northern To Central Vietnam: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Halong - Danang - Hoi An Trip

A warm welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam awaits you!

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be met and taken up to the hotel, with a brief introduction en route. Your tour guide will be holding a welcome signboard with Your Company name/ Your name. 

After landing, we will have half a day to explore Hanoi Capital:

Breakfast at your hotel.

08:30: GTrip Team will pick you up at the hotel. In the morning, we will visit:

• Tran Quoc Pagoda - West Lake, is one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam with its historical progression in 1500 years. It has a harmonious combination between the majesty, hoariness architecture and peaceful landscape of the West Lake. 
• Visit the Complex of President Ho Chi Minh (Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and Stilt house) - Where the great leader lived and worked until the last years of his life. 
• The Temple of Literature, which was constructed in 1070, was the first university in Vietnam. 

12:00: Free to have lunch at Indian Restaurant or Hanoi local Restaurant.

Then we will visit:

• St. Joseph's Cathedral: A Hanoi Attraction with Unique Structure in the Old Quarter.
• Hoan Kiem lake (Sword lake) - is famous for its peaceful beauty, its cultural as well as historical values with Turtle tower, Ngoc Son Temple.

17h10: Enjoy Water Puppet Show - is a "cultural specialty" of Vietnam's wet rice cultivation farmers. Enjoy the enchanting sounds of water puppetry, performed with traditional Vietnamese musical instruments such as the two-string fiddle

Finish Day 1 with Hanoi half-day city tour!

A comfortable overnight stay at the hotel marks the end of the first day of your 7-day explore from Hanoi to Danang! 

Breakfast at the hotel. 

08:30: Our driver and tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Ninh Binh.

• First stop at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, capital of Vietnam at the end of the ninth century.

12:00: Free to have lunch at an Indian restaurant or local restaurant. 

• Board a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which literally means “three caves” (1.5-hour boat trip) with Halong bay-type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscapes like peaceful streams, rice paddies, and deserted green fields.
• Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain to watch the spectacular view of nature. 

17:30: Back to Hanoi - Free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi. Finish Day 2!

08:00: You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Halong International Harbor, head to Halong bay; among the roads we will enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red river delta.

11:30: Arriving at the Cruise check-in lounge.

13:00: Enjoy lunch while cruising to magnificent Ha Long Bay, and admire the fascinating formations on the way

14:45: Visit Luon cave excursion on a bamboo rowing boat by locals or kayaking. This is one of the must-do activities in the bay.

16:00: Your next stop is Titop island with its famous crescent moon-shaped beach and tranquil beautiful blue waters.

17:30: Enjoy the best moments of the day at sundeck as the sun hits the water between the dramatic limestone peaks and emerald-green coves, enjoying drinks and a cooking demonstration. Savour a delicious dinner

21:00: Night time squid fishing. Then, Free of mind with sweet dreams

Overnight on board in Halong Bay. Finish Day 3!

06:15: Enjoy sunrise on the Bay. Morning Tai Chi session on sundeck. Have a light breakfast with coffee, tea and pastries served in restaurant

07:20: Explore Sung Sot Cave – the biggest and most stunning cave in Halong Bay

09:15: Check-out of cabins & bill settlement. Start cruising back to the port. 

Have buffet brunch at the restaurant. 

11:00: Back to the port - farewell and disembark.

Back to Hanoi, we move to Noi Bai International Airport for flight to Danang

Flight Hanoi - Danang: HAN - DAD 17:30 - 18:55 VN7165

Upon arrival in Da Nang, a local guide and driver will pick you up from the airport.  

Pass by Dragon Bridge – a symbol of Da Nang beach city. 

Free to have dinner at the local restaurant. Hotel check-in and take a rest at your hotel.

Overnight in Da Nang. Finish Day 4!

Meals Included: Breakfast, Brunch.

08:30: Departure to Ba Na Hills. Arrive at the Cable car station at the foot of Ba Na Mountain. 

Step on Golden Bridge which stands 1,400m above sea level in the Ba Na hills, and extends over the treetops from the edge of a leafy cliff face offering tourists uninterrupted views of the majestic landscape beneath. 

• Visit the Le Jardin, remains of French Villas, and Linh Ung Pagoda with a 27m high Buddha statue.  
• Enjoy games at Fantasy Park*.

15:00: Move to visit Marble Mountain - which is a famous natural attraction in Da Nang, with mountains, many wonderful caves and sacred temples. Visit Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village, one of the oldest and most famous carving villages in Da Nang.

18:00: Back to your hotel, free at leisure!

Overnight at a hotel in Danang. Finish day 5!

09:00: Transfer to Cam Thanh Village. Here you will have a chance to see the locals catching fish in some traditional way on the river. We have 45 minutes to try basket boats with local people. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm forest. 

Free to have lunch in Hoi An.

• Take a walk to visit Hoi An Ancient Town. There is plenty to see in this delightful town, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, Pottery Museum, 200 years old Tan Ky House, Chua Ong Pagoda, and vibrant market. Past many low-tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls, which reflect the town's multicultural past. 

You have free time, you can go shopping in the old town. 

• Get on a sampan to release a lantern on the Hoai River. Besides the meaning of traditional cultural beauty, releasing Hoi An lanterns also has a profound spiritual value for both locals and tourists.

Back to Danang, arrive at your hotel. 

Overnight in Da Nang. Finish Day 6!

In the morning, you can shop at the local market in Danang. You are free to visit around the city on your own. The rest of the day is at your own leisure to explore the most worth-living city in Vietnam.

11:00: Tour guide will pick you up at the hotel to visit:

• Danang Cathedral:  is a famous tourist attraction in this Central Vietnam city. It is the only church constructed when Vietnam was still under the control of French colonialists. The cathedral is also one of the few examples of French architecture still remaining in Da Nang.

Danang Cathedral is open to visitors: From Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 11:00; 13:30 - 16:30 

• Check-in at APEC Park: is a prominent green space located in Da Nang City, Vietnam. It is an ideal spot for relaxation, recreation, and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Then, we moved to Da Nang Airport to take a flight back to your country
