08:00–08:30: Start the day with a morning bike ride through the local countryside and village. Visit Tra Que Herb Village which is over 300 years old and there are hundreds of households growing vegetables with a 40- hectare area, including more than 20 different types of vegetables.
- Enjoy the special welcome drink and take a rest.
- You’ll take a stroll around the vegetable garden and then join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. You’ll learn about raking the ground, sowing, watering, and picking vegetables, as well as many other aspects of gardening.
- You’ll have a short rest and enjoy a foot bath before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family.
- Join cooking class with the local chef, learn how to cook some special local foods such as: Tam Huu spring rolls, Banh Xeo local pancakes, and others. Lately, you will enjoy what you have cooked and some other foods like Vietnamese meals.

After your morning activities and lunch, you then learn how to harvest and wrap the vegetables before farewelling your host family and cycling back to your hotel.
