The Shan Tuyet tree is as big as a few people's hug, has a white moldy color and the canopy is about 20m² wide. The leaves are dark green, big, covered with a layer of fluffy hair like velvet, white like snow (Tuyet in Vietnamese). That's why the tea is called Shan Tuyet (tea is covered with snow on the high mountain).
